With switching from using the Xerces plugin to provide the parser to using the 
JAXP interfaces, the AntEditor code assist is not as good as it was.

One known case: code assist with multiple declarations fo the same task on the 
same line will incorrectly present proposals for the enclosing task / target 
for the first instance of the mulitple declaration.

Not a major issue. Back to Xerces for 1.5.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
