Bug 62575 added support for tooltips for menuitems. On Ubuntu Unity desktop, this works for all the menuitems, expect for the items on the main menubar. This doesn't work on both Ubuntu 12.04 and 14.04.

This is reproducible on Ubuntu 16.04 as well with the Unity desktop.

I don't think we can address it for 4.6 though, deferring to 4.7.

Unity is no longer supported by Ubuntu as of 18.04.
