With the code in for the new quick fix support (bug 450158), we should provide some initial fixes to help flesh out any polish items for the support.

I was thinking of starting with 'Remove extra semicolon', 'Enclose statement in braces' and 'Add fall-through comment'.

Provided some fixes for 'no-extra-semi', 'no-empty-block' and 'no-fallthrough':
