If a plugin provides .options file, it is possible to enable tracing for this plugin via General > Tracing preference page. We should add all JDT/Core plugins to this preference page to make it easier to debug it.

This is an umbrella bug, all the work will be done in dependent bugs on a one bug per one plugin basis.

All plugins from the eclipse.jdt.core repository have been added to the General > Tracing preference page via dependent bugs. I'm closing the bug since there is nothing more left to do.
