Indeed the color selection is not good, we could use a ColorDialog, http://www.java2s.com/Tutorial/Java/0280__SWT/CustomizingtheColorSelectionDialog.htm Currently property sections for color selection use combo, see AbstractComboPropertySection. it exists RGBColorChooserPropertySection to use a ColorDialog. |
Created attachment 248654 [details] current color selection Currently, to select a color, you have to select a named color in a drop down list.(see attachment) It's not easy to associate a name with each color of a large range of colors. It would be interesting to have a color feedback when selecting color. For example, the element of the drop down list could be colored with its associated color.
