Convert line numbers menu entry should move to the Source menu, currently it is in the File menu, which does IMHO not fit its purpose.

The action works on normal text files too. Plus, there is no 'Source' menu if you don't have JDT or CDT installed.

Maybe the editor menu in this case? Please mark again as invalid if you disagree but I think the entry in the File menu looks misplaced.

I guess you meant 'Edit'. Choosing between 'File' or 'Edit' is not a clear cut (see e.g. Save vs. Add Bookmark). We usually look what other tools/editors do, and Conversion actions are usually in the 'File' menu.
