Up to now, FXViewer reveals parts when being dropped to top/left, while dragging parts beyond the bottom/right viewport bounds, the parts is not revealed. We should ensure the behavior is consistent (i.e. equal) in both situations.

I implemented revealing parts when dragging them in any direction. Besides, a part is revealed when it is selected. Therefore, I resolve this ticket as fixed for 3.10.0M5.
