Synchronize View ignores settings in svn:ignore property. Files and directories listed in the property still show up in every Synchronize operation.  Also, file changes under the project's .settings folder show up as "Settings/*" in the Synchronize View, so adding ".settings" folder to svn:ignore has no affect. Editing the svn:ignore property in SVN Repository Exploring View creates a root level conflict which cannot be resolved.  You must use an external svn tool to resolve the conflict.
