Summary: Cannot use bookmark annotations in overview ruler

1) Add a bookmark in the editor by double clicking in a line number (right side ruler). Make sure the line with the bookmark does not have any other annotations.

2) Move the cursor selection away from the line with the bookmark


3) Hove over the bookmark annotation on the overview ruler.

Note that the tooltip shows a mini-editor with the bookmarked line instead of showing a clickable annotation to move the selection back to the bookmarked line.
