Description Marcus Ritt CLA 2003-10-15 04:14:42 EDT 
Create a new project, add an external tool builder and refactor->rename the
project. Then, the external tool builder is invalid and cannot be edited.
If it is removed, the properties do not allow to create a new external tool
builder of the same name, since the old one is invisible, but still present.
