After upgrading to Yosemite, the git commit UI doesn't show the first file, or if you're only committing one file, there doesn't appear to be any files.  The "Files" counter just below halfway on the screen shows 1/1 though.

If you click in that bottom area and press the down arrow key on your keyboard the file will show.

Hey there. Thanks for reporting this. It's a known problem with OS X 10.10 and SWT (may be a bug in the former or latter), see bug 446534.
