When I press the Deploy button I'm shown status message "Set up your Cloud. Go to Settings.".  This is fine, but before seeing this message an empty window is shown and then hidden, presumably when it's realized that I don't have the required settings set.  It looks like the presence of these settings needs to be confirmed before showing this window.

Invalid -- the deploy button is not enabled until you have signed in with your cloud credentials now, so you can't get into this state.
