In the Problems View of my Java Browing Perspective, right-click/'Select All' is
very slow (3-4 seconds). There are 26 items in the table to select (filtered
from 53,959 items).

I believe that there were problems with the Problems view and filtering w.r.t.
the list being populated multiple times.
