Now that the "sample" ecore modeler is seggragated into the tests features (and not exposed as a sample modeler to be used by end-users), we should rename it into org.eclipse.sirius.tests.sample.ecore.design.

The modeler is used by many of our automated tests, so care must be taken to also adjust the tests code and data files.

The same work might be needed for the interaction sample plugins.
