A reusable slideout was created as part of bug 445711. The sidebar was modified to create an instance of this Slideout and insert the Inline Search Pane into it.

This same Slideout controlled by the sidebar should also house all the various types of source outlines such as the currently implemented Javascript and HTML outliners.

Still need to add code which displays a timeout message in the outline node when the outline service takes too long to respond.
