Currently, clicking on the progress stopwatch at the top right corner of the Orion IDE shows the operations tooltip. Clicking it again however does not hide the tooltip if it is already visible. Users have complained that this is not intuitive. Clicking on the progress stopwatch should toggle the visibility of the operations tooltip and not just display it.
