Description

Note of course that resolution is implied from strike-through on resolved tasks. So you're really talking about being able to see whether soemthing has been marked as invalid or works for me, and then whether it has been assigned? (In reply to comment #1) > So you're really talking about being able to see whether soemthing has been > marked as invalid or works for me, and then whether it has been assigned? Yes, exactly. A task that receives a new comment after it's been marked as WORKSFORME is quite different from one that receives a new comment after having been marked as FIXED. It would be nice to see this difference quickly from the hover. (In reply to comment #0) > If this makes the popup too information-heavy, I think the items "Bug xxxxxxx > (task)" and "Estimate: 0 hours" could usually be skipped to make some room for > these. I think displaying the task type is important and we shouldn't remove it. I'm not so sure about the estimate. I think this is worth considering and it would be pretty easy for someone to contribute this, so I've marked it helpwanted. The implementation is in TaskListToolTip. We'd want to make sure that this also does something reasonable for connectors that don't have a status or resolution field. Mylyn has been restructured, and our issue tracking has moved to GitHub [1]. We are closing ~14K Bugzilla issues to give the new team a fresh start. If you feel that this issue is still relevant, please create a new one on GitHub. [1] https://github.com/orgs/eclipse-mylyn |
