We need to add support for creation of connections within MVC and MVC.FX, and add it to the MVC.FX.UI example.

I added a hover handle for creating connections to the shapes in the Logo example. I did not have to extend the functionality of MVC or MVC.FX, i.e. the CreationPolicy is sufficient. The code is published on the master branch, therefore I resolve this ticket as fixed for 3.10.0M7.
