In the navigation bar of the wiki, main page and community portal both point to the main page. Do we need community portal in the nav bar?

While I am at it, why do we have events and random page? They don't seem to add value.

Community Portal seems to redirect to main page. We can delete the page and remove the link, or we can change the redirect to point to another wiki page. Which would you prefer?

Both of these links are standard MediaWiki links. The Events link could link to events.eclipse.org. Random page? It's on wikipedia.org, so I assume some people must use it. I use it to rest Wiki performance.

I don't have a suggestion to point to another wiki page so I would suggest deleting the link.

FWIW, I find the navigation list of links to add clutter to the wiki so I would recommend removing the events menu item and the random page. Making everyone see the random page item so you have a test doesn't seem like great UX. However, this is just my opinion so feel free to ignore.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

We won't be investing any resources into this aspect of our infra, as it is either deprecated, or it will be soon.

We encourage projects to migrate to GitHub or Eclipse GitLab (https://gitlab.eclipse.org).
