In the Solstice toolbar, "Sign in" leads to a page called "Eclipse Login".

After successful authentication, I can "Log out".  Forums and wiki also use Log In/Out instead of Sign In/Out.

My patch was committed to eclipse.org.

I also updated dev.eclipse.org and the solstice drupal theme.

The update to the drupal theme will be available on prod once we deploy a new version of the theme.
