I20031007 + from20031008_1008

- JUnit as source project (as for smoke)
- open junit.awtui.TestRunner
- in the Outline, collapse createJUnitMenu()
- click "Hide Local Types" in Outline's ActionBar
-> there's still a "+" in front of createJUnitMenu(), which disappears after
clicking on it.
