Now that the Orion help browser is being improved, we can probably remove the content of Help > Getting Started.

Things to delete:
1. The "orion.page.getstarted" extension in pageLinksPlugin.js
2. The code to read & render from the extension point in userMenu.js)
3. The GIF images
