We made a change with commit:
http://git.eclipse.org/c/orion/org.eclipse.orion.server.git/commit/?id=fcc9cc05a45a011e3e9d8f8996b44e3568011928

"Always sort current branch first".

As a result, GitBranchTest.testListBranches() is failing and needs to be updated.
