While all GEF4 bundles and features have already been adjusted, we will still have to update the Draw2d, GEF (MVC), and Zest bundles and features to use 'Eclipse GEF' instead of 'Eclipse.org' as the vendor name.

Also changed Draw2d, GEF(MVC), and Zest bundles to use 'Eclipse GEF' as provider. Resolving as fixed in 3.10.0M2.
