After Mars M1 is now out, we should start to build against a Mars target environment.

If we have established a mechanism for specifying dependencies to third-party sites (as outlined in #442973), we should ensure that it also points to respective Mars sites.

Create (minimal) Mars target within org.eclipse.gef4.target, renaming others for consistency.

- Renamed KEPLER_4_3.target to KEPLER.target
- Renamed LUNA_4_4.target to LUNA.target
- Added MARS.target.
- Renamed target-related 'Luna_4.4.target' profile to 'LUNA.target'.

Mars target is not yet used by default, and there is no Maven profile for it yet.

Switched gef4-master build to now use MARS.target profile.

Added MARS target to org.eclipse.gef.target, being the new default target. Updated get-master build on hudson.eclipse.org to use the new default target as well. Resolving as fixed in 3.10.0 M3.
