No, bug 441957 tracks modification in EPP packages. This one is about download page. Both are independent so both task can be handled separately and by different people. I adjusted the description. The name and the description of a package are defined in small XML files maintained by EPP... Since we want to update this for Luna, we need to do this in the LUNA branch [1]. If we are going to change anything in Luna service releases, I suggest changing it there without modifying anything else in the package. When we've updated the XML file, we need to coordinate this with the webmasters... At least for 'description' this ain't true. I remember that I merged a small fix some time ago without webmasters doing anything. I wonder if it's the same for the name?
