Project for steps to reproduce

This automatic centring is not useful because the user can move the mouse to scroll the diagram if necessary. And it can be disturbing in some cases.

Steps to reproduce:
* Import the project AutomaticCentring from the archived attachment
* Open the diagram "diag"
* Move the edge from C2 to C3
There is a "jump" because as soon as the mouse is over the C3, C3 is revealed: KO
