I've initiated the provisioning process for COTSAQ. Project committers should have all received emails with instructuctions for required paperwork. The provision process will hold pending the processing of the paperwork for at least one committer.

The project was provisioned some time ago.

I've updated the project metadata to point to the (currently empty) Git repository and Bugzilla product.

The project team has entered an impressive list of CQs that are currently under review by the IP Team.

The project creation process seems complete, so I'm closing this bug. Please contact your mentors or me if you have any questions.
