When I press alt to bring the menubar, jaws can't read it. If I press cursor 
down some times, jaws reads some sub menus.

Freedom Scientific released an upgrade for JAWS 5.0 today.  This upgrade 
solves the problem of JAWS not reading menus we were seeing in Eclipse 
with 4.51 and 5.0.  Anyone, who is authorized for 5.0 can download the upgrade 
from:

I think this problem is solved.
