Please provide the following:

+ Add some details to the Description section in the release plan [1] ie. what would folks find interesting about this release. These will automagically populate the release review document.

+ PMC +1 on the release review documentation [2]. Post the mailing list vote url on the ticket.

+ Submit an IP log for review.

Release review is in pending state. Ongoing discussion between project and IP Team regarding IP Log and CQ's. Once resolved and approved IP Log attached, we can move forward with review. All other requirements have been met.
