trees are displayed twice

Tree are displayed twice on the navigate menu of the opened tree.
The current tree is also displayed.

You can use the example from https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=439140 to reproduce the problem:

- Open 'tree1' from the aird or ecore file. 
- Do NOT select any item on the tree before navigate.
- Right Click > Navigate

This issue has been detected on 1.0.1 during the homologation of Bug 439237 (1.0.1) which corrects only a subpart of Bug 439140 (2.0.0) on 1.0.1. 

During triage, we should try to reproduce the issue on master.

The problem does not exist on master.
