Up to now, those parts in the grammar that refer to ports is uncommented in the grammar. With the current target setting (Xtext 2.6), these issues do no longer seem to occur (I uncommented and regenerated, and the re-generation process did not yield any additional exceptions to the one already reported in bug #429512). As such, I think we can uncomment the support for ports again.

Re-enabled this in combination with the fixes performed in #429512, so resolving this as a duplicate.
