As GEF as well as GEF4 are now based on shared licenses (http://help.eclipse.org/luna/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.eclipse.pde.doc.user%2Ftasks%2Fpde_shared_license.htm), we should remove the local (outdated) license files from all features.

Removed all shared license files from the GEF4 features.

Removed all shared license file storm the GEF features (within origin/master). Resolving as fixed in 3.10.0M1.
