Screenshot of the bug

The Save and Save all commands are not enabled and disabled correctly in RCP 3.x applications using Eclipse Luna. When the editor is dirty, the save buttons are disabled. When I save the editor by Ctrl+S, the save buttons become enabled.
This bug only appears with Luna, the application works fine with Kepler.

Could you attach a simple, example application that allows to reproduce the problem?

Minimal working example

Basically it is the Hello RCP application. I added the 'org.eclipse.ui.file.save' command to the main toolbar. If a simple text file is created, the Save button is disabled, when the file is modified, but enabled again when the modifications are saved.
