RCP Testing Tool project is interested in a Hudson instance (HIPP) with granted access to download area

We'd like to have the following additional plugins:
* Gerrit
* Xvnc

HIPP for rcptt is now available at https://hudson.eclipse.org/rcptt/

Committers should now be able to login and manager jobs. Keep in mind that unlike on the shared instance you will need to use your _email_ address in order to login.

If you need anything else configured feel free to reopen this bug and list them.
