Description Marco Schulze CLA 2014-07-18 09:26:47 EDT
When I try to resize a content-assist-popup by dragging its right-bottom-corner in order to make it a bit larger, it jumps and becomes extremely huge. I cannot make it smaller again (dragging shows no reaction at all).

When I then grab it again on the other side (left-top-corner) and drag it a bit smaller, it jumps again and disappears. If I then trigger the content-assist again (Ctrl+Space), it pops up with a width and a height of 0 (visible space - there are a few visible grey borders, though).

I can only make it very large or 0 :-(

My environment:

Kubuntu 13.10
libgtk-3-0:amd64 3.8.6-0ubuntu3.1
libgtk2.0-0:amd64 2.24.20-1ubuntu1

I start Eclipse with >> export SWT_GTK3=0 <<, because it is totally unusable otherwise (selection markers at wrong positions, column headers jumping around when trying to resize, very very slow UI, etc. etc. - seems highly experimental).

Works fine on Windows 7. Moving to SWT for investigation.

I cannot reproduce the issue on GTK3.22. Please reopen this ticket if the issue reoccurs.
