Description Greg Watson CLA 2014-07-18 09:06:03 EDT
My IP address appears to have been blocked from accessing build.eclipse.org however I have not received any email so there is no way for me to clear this issue.
Comment 1 Denis Roy CLA 2014-07-18 09:15:28 EDT
Can you email me your IP Address? (webmaster@eclipse.org)

Thanks
Comment 2 Denis Roy CLA 2014-07-18 09:28:16 EDT
I've cleared the block. Looks like the mail server on build.eclipse.org had died. I've restarted it; I'm betting you'll get the email notification shortly. Just ignore it :)
Comment 3 Greg Watson CLA 2014-07-18 09:40:32 EDT
Yes, I got the email eventually. It's working now.

I would be great if there was some way to clear this block from the portal, or even manage a list of allowed IP addresses ourselves. That way we wouldn't be reliant on email servers or webmaster being available (this seems to happen on weekends/holidays a lot).
Comment 4 Denis Roy CLA 2014-07-18 09:42:15 EDT
That would likely be what is being requested in bug 394303.
Comment 5 Greg Watson CLA 2014-07-18 21:11:26 EDT
I just tried connecting again and was blocked yet again. This time I received the email, replied to it, and received a reply that it had been processed. I'm still unable to connect.
Comment 6 Greg Watson CLA 2015-06-10 22:14:12 EDT
Has been resolved.
