I wanted to start a discussion to remove the incubator status from FileUpload and move it to the RAP core. Maybe this can be done with the Mars release.

For us it would make things much easier, if FileUpload would loose incubation status and would be deployed to the mars updatesite. It could be in a different feature, if that is an issue.

Ivan and I reviewed the fileupload API and agreed that some adjustments are required. However, we should migrate the existing bundles to the rap repository first and do the cleanup there. The incubator version will remain compatible with RAP 2.3.x.
