it would be good to have write access to the code repo and downloads area, no need of Gerrit Trigger plugin

The EclipseLink HIPP is now available at https://hudson.eclipse.org/eclipselink/

Committers should be able to login and manage jobs. Please keep in mind that unlike on the shared instance you will need to login with your _email_ address.

If you require any additional Hudson plugins to be installed feel free to reopen this bug and let us know.

As requested I've also added the HIPP user to your project group which will allow it write access to places like the downloads area.
