As far as I can see, we have only one: 
eclipse.platform.releng/features/org.eclipse.platform-feature/rootfiles/.eclipseproduct

Will change to 4.5.0 for Mars, and 4.4.1 for Luna SR1

I'll be honest, and admit I've never known what this file was for ... so looked it up!
