The /legal [0] page includes a link labeled "Quick and Fun Process Prose A quick overview of the development and IP processes in cartoons and other forms." that takes the user to the "Development Resources" page in the wiki. This is misleading.

Two options:

1) Remove the link
2) Fix the link to point to [1]

My preference would be to remove the link.  We'll assess what changes, if any to introduce in the Developer Resources section of the legal web page as a separate matter.
