A Long time ago we created a custom extension for MediaWiki to allow projects to apply a custom skin to their wiki pages.  I'd like to replace our custom work with the 'SkinPerPage' extension and the Bootstrap skin suggested in bug 413310.

My plan is to decommission our custom extension in 3 months(targeting the 22nd of September 2014).  

This bug is to act as a notice and discussion point.

I've removed our custom plugin and have installed SkinPerPage. Combined with the PageCss extension I think we're set.
