Usecase:

1. Localhost orion from master

2. Go to http://localhost:8080

3. create an account.  Fill in everything

4. use a short password, like "local"

5. click create

Result: an error message that the password should be at least 8 chars

6. Update the password

7. click create again

Result: now you get an error message that the email you entered is already in use, but the user is invalid and it doesn't work for the old short password or the new long password.

This only happened the first time I fired up the web-ide app from within eclipse in a new workspace.

After the first ID was created, I couldn't reproduce
