Description Denis Roy CLA 2014-06-30 10:20:46 EDT
http://eclipse.org/legal/EclipseLegalProcessPoster.pdf

If I follow the committer workflow (Figure 1, Figure 7), I am then asked to record the contribution in my Project's IP log, which I believe is not accurate

Figure 8:
Create about.html (if required) & commit to the
repository. Don’t forget to record the
contribution in your Project IP Log!

I think the action of updating the IP log should be a separate box from the actual commit.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

The task itself should likely be more specific in what is required if it's not entirely automatic now...

I'll include this change as part of updating the process wrt IP Policy changes.
