- open a markdown document in the markdown editor
- turn on Show Spaces in the editor settings
- note that underlines in the source editor (representing links) are interrupted by space characters
- need to determine whether this is a problem in the editor or the Markdown styler

SSQ is this likely just another case of bug 422986?
