The "build.properties" files in some features list files that do not exist in the "bin.includes" property.

The attached patch contains a trivial fix.

Side note: Whilst PDE can tolerate such errors, other build systems such as Tycho cannot.

The fix is available in Luna SR1 and/or in a Mars milestone.
