In order to facilitate the use of .gitignore we should introduce a new "Ignore" command available both as a changes section and context menu command.

I'd like to follow the Team -> Ignore command in EGit in terms of functionality. Ignoring a file will result in adding a dedicated entry in the parent folder's .gitignore.
