Need to ensure the transition from old to new packages site is as seemless as possible.  This involves mapping out all the URLs to be the same.

Turns out this is much harder than expected as there are a lot of nodes.  Instead I'm ensuring that the XML that gets generated for the downloads page, points to the correct URL within the packages site.  Site should be good to go in terms of matching URLs to Downloads page.

I put a bit more work into this and finally got the URLs mapped correctly from the old site to the new site.  We should have no dead links after the migration.
