I'd like to deploy the EBR Maven plug-in to repo.eclipse.org. Can I get that project provisioned on Nexus?

Can I deploy artifacts with my credentials or do I also need a HIPP instance for EBR?

You will also need a HIPP instance in order to perform the deploy since we only allow connection to repo.eclipse.org from HIPP.
