It seems that if we run out of disk space while writing XML, we are left with an incomplete (and therefore corrupt) XML file. This could probably happen anywhere that we write XML to disk.

Steffen, I don't think "CommonNavigator to Open Project by double-click, like jdt" is the right bug.
